Design
Three-bedroom, three-bath homes with next-generation suites designed to support rental income and long-term equity for families.
Development
A formerly blighted site transformed into seven modern townhomes, adding quality housing where new construction is hardest to secure.
Dignity
All homes are reserved for buyers under 120% AMI, creating real pathways to ownership for those historically excluded.
Timeline: Construction is underway with an expected completion in Summer 2026.
